We started in the private sector, building and testing software for large consumer and enterprise brands. Over the past years we have specialised in the public sector, in areas like rail, tax, education, health security and local government.

By day rate for each role, or as a fixed price for a defined phase such as a discovery. Your proposal sets out the team, the time and the cost for each stage. There are no hidden fees: any extra cost, such as a third-party licence, is agreed with you first.

Yes. We provide specialists on either basis, depending on how the work is set up.

We follow the GDS Service Standard and work in agile phases: discovery, alpha, beta and live. We work in the open, with regular show and tells, so you see progress every sprint.

Senior people only. We agree the team with you before we start, and you work with them directly, with one named lead as your main contact.

Yes. We can join existing teams, follow your ways of working and tools, and hand over knowledge so you are not locked in to us.

No project depends on one person. We document as we go, and we bring in a replacement from our senior team with a proper handover.

We can run, support and improve the service, or hand it over to your team with documentation and training.

We work to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for information security and hold Cyber Essentials Plus. We handle personal data under UK GDPR, give people only the access they need, and follow your own security policies on top.

We build to WCAG 2.2 AA from the start and audit accessibility before release. We also offer accessibility audits of existing services.

We work to ISO 9001:2015 for quality management. In every project we use code review, automated testing and continuous integration, and we offer independent testing as a service.
